The mission of Al Khair Islamic Society of RGV is to arrange and hold congregational prayers, Islamic religious festivals, social and cultural programs, charitable and educational activities in accordance with the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah and the constitution of the United States, help individuals in building a well-informed Islamic personality and character to be able to face all current life challenges and be a role model for Islam and in the United States, promote unity among Muslims by strengthening the community relationship and establish interfaith and friendly relations for better understanding between Muslims and the community of Rio Grande Valley.
